For over twenty years, Owner Kathy Minnich has built a solid reputation as one of Cleona's most trusted business women. Starting her buisness with one Ambulance and a desire to serve her community, Kathy has built Central Medical into one of the premire Transport services in Pennsylvania. With a fleet now totaling 17 vehicles Kathy is committed to providing quality service to the community. She believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Kathy believes that a good reputation and consistent service with a "patient first" philosiphy, will reap bigger profits in the long run. Tim gehman is the staff development & QA Coordinator at Central Medical. Tim is a Lancaster County Native residing in Peach Bottom Pennsylvania, Tim began his Fire and Medical career in the late 70's Developing and leading the industrial First aid team at HM Stauffers & Sons as well as Runnining with Leola Fire Company. Tim then went on to be come a team leader for Case New Holland's first aid team. in the early 90"s tim began running EMS with New Holland Ambulance. Since then tim has gone on to serve as President of Wakefield Ambulance Assoc. taking them from a service with 1 Ambulance 3 EMT's 2 Emergency Responders and no building that responded to less than a third of their annual calls. to a "state of the art" Ambulance Service with new Facilities 2 units in service 24-7 with over 40 volunteers responding to more than 500 calls a year. In addition Tim has spent the last ten years working for one of the State Regional EMS Councils where he Coordinated EMS Training and Certification for South Central Pennsylvania in addition Tim has sat on state Advisory committees for Prehospital Education, Certification, and Data Collection as well as serving as an EMS Advisor for the Countries of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
